Good new for Vortech and our customers!

Some of you have had some questions about the future of Vortech, and
the short answer is that we did not receive any information to suggest
that Vortech would not be a viable going enterprise for many years to
come. To the contrary, we have reached out of court settlements with
most of the creditors who have been more than willing to work with us.

In addition, the court graciously gave us more time and assigned a
court appointee to review our new plan to move Vortech and upgrade our
many services. We are confident the appointee will appreciate the
merits of the plan from a fiscal perspective, and that our customers
will appreciate the many upgrades in software and services the plan
provides.

Our status in the bankruptcy has not changed, and there is every
indication we will be granted the flexibility to execute on the plan
in the near future.

Stay tuned for any updates, but rest assured that for now there is no
sign that services for our customers will be interrupted for any
reason.
