Would someone like to explain why David just replied:
"I don't see anything down at present." when Vortech's OWN Nagi system reported it down? It is up now, but I REALLY hope that my message didn't alert support to the fact that it was down for hours, they fixed it, and then LIED to me! I REALLY hope that is not the case.
