Its up, Ill keep monitoring it. I believe the slow down may also be related to version mismatch between winboxes and the CP. So when the winboxes are all updated, we should be a little better off.

sorry if I missed this earlier. But is there a timeframe on that version correction you referred to that is causing the slow-down?

I can now log in to the CP under my reseller account but all my plans and accounts are missing. What is the ETA for all this to become available again?

don't panic, your plans are still there, just a few pages seem broken. We're looking at it now.

There are 32 Win boxes and each has to be updated individually; that is what is taking so long. Be assured they are working on them as fast as they can.

I wanna go home!

I am still getting nothing except a 500 server error. I thought this was going to take an hour starting at 10am? I understand that there have been serious errors in time estimates made, but this is starting to get crazy...

Please, an estimate

The CP is up at this time and the techs are working with Psoft to fix any bugs they have run across during the upgrade.

There is really no way to give an estimate as this is the first time the upgrade has been done to a cluster as large as ours. At least it was only the CP down.
