passwords for mailboxes are not working and shows 0Mb osage, are messages on mailboxes lost?

Yes, it appears as though passwords do not work and there is no mail. This is worrying.

Spoke too soon, Aaron is still working on it, there is no data loss.

Also just so everybody realizes, do NOT store you mail only on the mail server as after 28 days it's subject to being purged.

hi, any update? right now mailbox quota shows up OK on CP, access to mailboxes only works from CP webmail option, if I try to access a mailbox usion webmail.hsphere.cc or POP3 with outlook still NOT working

Aaron says it's back up and working fine now.

The box had a dead drive, rebuilt os on a new drive, then the whole box died. So the box was dead from get-go, but it only showed dead drive. We are working on it again.

Opened a ticket on this, but haven't had a response, not receiving any mail, but mail show as being there through HSPHERE but isn't there in webmail and won't download via pop3
