Email Filter question

I asked this in cpanel forum here three weeks ago but the tumble weeds and dust there made it hard to read

Is there a way to have an email filter in WHM (like the one in the client cpanel) that can affect/filter mail for all client accounts set up in WHM?

If not is there a way to duplicate a filter file made for one client account and copy it to another client account so that it filters that account without all the filters having to be manually added one by one in that second client account cpanel?

When filters are added in the client cpanel are they added to a file that is accessable in file manager or through FTP or is the file written to somewhere that is server admin accessable only outside of the home2/username/ directory?

Well I found the answer myself so I am posting it here for reference for other CPanel users.

Access the domain you have set up filters on via FTP with a client that can show hidden files. Look in the root of you account for a file named .filter

This is where the email filter entries are kept. You can add entries manually here and you can copy the data in this file to other domains .filter files. Makes it much easier to manage filtering over multiple accounts.
