05/20/2003 Cpanel Pop3
Pop3 is down on cpanel.nocspeed.com
It is down while we are perfomring an upgrade of the email system. This upgrade is to fix recent problems with spam on the machine. It should be finished shortly.

Server is back online. Will be rebooting machine in a few minutes to finalize upgrade.
