I'm wondering how does the ticket system in hsphere works? as in, how is it that my email replies to support can be captured into onto the support ticket website automatically as well. Is the system sitting infront of the mail server or does it actually periodically scan the mailbox for new emails and capture it into a database?
Anyone come across something like this which can be implemented over ASP integrating with Exchange server? |
