I'm still having trouble logging in and it is still slow.....

We were able to resolve a majority of the speed issues yesterday. One of our datacenter techs restarted the CP web process at around 7AM EST in order to clear some records from the java cache. I've been working on the CP since and have not seen any abnormal speed issues. If you are, what are the specific areas of the CP that are still slow?

I believe it was due to the restart, it does seem faster now.

I'm trying to get into the email section of the CP for a domain, and it is hanging again.... loads all the page content until it gets to loading the info for the actual mail accounts

That is quite normal if you happen to have a bunch of mailboxes. The CP has to query the mail server for the quota of each account individually.

this domain only has about 15 addresses though....

PSoft made an unannounced visit to our CP. Looks like they decided to reboot it. Box will be back up shortly.

Not to join in the complaint, but it still seems unusually slow. Not as bad as yesterday, but almost unusble.

painfully slow for me as well. First 2 attempts a couple hours ago, timed out before I could even get in. Now I'm just trying to get to the email page to manage some domains.

I am still running into slow sections. Edit Domain, from the left nav selecting a domain. Took 3 minutes to load a page?

Another spot I having trouble with is the traffic details page.

my performance has been sub par all day today -- or at least the random times i have accessed...sorry to add to the complaints... just noting for the forum record.
