iis is having issues on this server at the moment.

We are working on getting iis up and running again.

No data has been lost, But IIS has completely corrupted its metabase. We are rebuilding the metabase.

This will probably take a few hours or more. But no data needs to be restored.

You probably need to reset your directory indeces. The data was not touched.

As for why it is taking so long...
THis is an hsphere site restore process. We have no control over how long it takes. It goes domain by domain to add each one to the server.

I would have thought if someone had indexes set up that HSphere would have restored them at the same time, perhaps HSPhere is putting the default index.html pages back too? bit of a PITA if it does.

A customer just called all his sites are defaulting to the hpshere login page and Webshell isn't working.

it is still not OK... when trying to access the pages a login pop-up appears... it's been long enough though (@vantage or any other server admin: try see computer-solutions.ro)... it's already noon here and the whole morning was compromised..

Same here. I also cannot login through FTP.
We need to fix this issue ASAP. Almost whole working day has been lost allready

All "homepages" for sites on the server, are now just showing "NT33"
