first of all, this is unbelievable.
second, is there an easy way we get our customers on a different email server? Vantage, when you say back to normal, do you mean things should work? or back to normal in the sense that mail5 is always jacked up? ok, that was kind of a joke but anyway we are still having problems. |

Just check and the service is broken again.. same issue as this mornig.. open a TT but no answer yet

Well thats the only way I know to do that I already ask Vortech about it .... on other hand mail 5 seems to be fine now and webmail too so we will have to wait to see if the problems get back

I am dying to know what is going on with the server... What caused this pain and what is being done to fix it for good.
It is times like these that it just kills me not to have direct access to the servers. I am the kind of person that NEEDS to know, even if I didn't have customers on the server. Some of us used to be, or still are, computer techs. I believe if the specifics were shared with us, we could offer Vortech some great advice on how to deal with the problems.

Not just duplicates, I've got a customer saying his entire inbox just vanished yesterday too .. doh !

Same here same problem.... just come and go.... 10 minutes ago I was able to send mail NOW I have the same issue
