The Database server for webmail is offline at the moment. We have a technician at the DataCenter at the moment. We I have more information as to the cause or when the server will be online again I will post here. This pertains to users that connect via the webmail interface. Mail is still be sent/received.

Is it possible to be notified by email when this fix occurs?

Just spoke with the technician. Upon gaining physical access to the machine, the server was fsck'd manually and then rebooted. The server is back online at this time. Looks like it just needed a system check and now is working well. I have been able to log into accounts as well.

Seems to be working again. don't know if it's only temporary.

We can not notify each client via email due to this does not effect every client, only a selec few who use the webmail system. Sorry. I recommend to check this forum as it is our tool to keep you updated.

Just subscribe to the forum or the thread you need to follow up on, you'll get an email that way. (probably a few more emails than you need, but it does the job)
