!Attention H-Sphere Control Panel Users!


We will be doing a full vacuum of the H-Sphere CP 8/17/2005 at 11:45PM ET. This usually takes between 3 to 6 hours to complete. The full vacuum will improve load times and fix any problems which have been occurring with the general functionality of the CP.

This will not affect website uptime or functionality.
This will not affect mail service or webmail functionality.
This will not affect mysql, mssql or pgsql functionality.

This will only affect the control panel server it's self and it's backend database.

Just finished preparing the database for the vaccum..
Started the vacuum process.... This process takes some time...

As of 3:30am Eastern time, the Control Panel's database vacuum process is still running. I will make another announcement here soon regarding it's present state. Thank you for your patience.

As of 6:00am Eastern time, the database is still running it's vacuum process. It has been running for approximately the past six hours and should be nearing completion.

The process has completed, and the CP is now being turned back up for usage. Thank you all for your patience during the past 6 1/2 hours.

The CP is having some operational issues right now. I'm heading over to the Data Center to check it out right now.

Just heard from the Tech in the DC. The control panel is up at the moment. Will post more when it is known to us. Thanks for your patience.

The vacuum seems to have not fully finished and may be casuing a bit of an issue. We are working to fix any issues from the vacuum now. It is up and running right now, there may need to be a few restarts here and there.
