I will register a new domain and then configuere the dns tables, after that what should I do? after this when I write in browser www.mydomain.com, will it appear the pre-difined hshere skin?
If so How can I customize her?

If you set up your nameservers and domain properly, it takes from 10 min to 72 hours from a domain to propagate. Depends on the tld used (.com, .net, etc.) and your location in the world.

In the meantime, you can access it using the temporary url created when you set up your domain.

You customize by ftp.
