Personally I think thats a very unfair comment. There has always been one thorn in their side though and thats server restores, I never expect less than 12 hours personally when I see a HDD failure in a box as that seems to be the general recovery time (at least) for a non Raided machine.

I am closing this post, if you still have an issue please open a ticket or call.

The restore of files is done, the CP doing it parts all though much faster does not seem to be 100%, thats not something that is out fault or something we can really mass fix. We will report that to psoft.

SSL certs you must restore in the CP if they are not working, you must have your priv. key and cert to do this.


To fix your site if not coming up, give these things a try first.

If you use ASP, ASP.net or PHP and just those do not work but html or one of the others but not another go to web options and just turn that service off and back on.

If your site is down and you can't get to it or FTP you can try turning web services off and back on, this does fix it in some cases.

If that does not fix your issues please open a ticket so a tech can check out the issue and get it fixed for you ASAP. 99% of the sites on NT28 are up and working with no issues for some time now.
