Today's billing run?

I was just wondering if anyone's billing ran today because right now it seems about 5 to 6 hours late from when it normally runs each day. I have a few customers who are due payment today (11/30) and it hasn't billed them. Has anyone else noticed this?

I have been noticing this for the past fee days.. It runs them it just seems to be taken its sweet time.. I have sent and email over to psoft already about this.

Ok, I know when it finally does run it will bill anyone who is up for payment, even if it doesn't happen until tomorrow, so I guess I'll just keep my eyes open. Thanks for the info.

Yea thats something else I am trying to pull out of Psoft.. I am sure it will bill them but what I hate is if it waits till the next day will it still bill the ones from the day before..

Trust me I am all over this on them..

i've started a new thread "billing system can't add?" so as not to sidetrack this one.
adam, has it not billed, or has it billed and added the credit balance incorrectly?

I just read your other post ramjet. Nothing like that is happening to me, all amounts are correct and it's not skipping months. The only thing in my case was that one day instead of billing in the evening it waited until the next morning. So some customers got billed a day late, but now everyone is getting billed in the morning on the correct day for me. Hope you get your problems straightened out.

Well I have not seen any problems with H-Sphere adding.. But the billing thing changing its mind on what time it runs is bugging me. I am working with Psoft to get that one fixed now.

ramjet I will look for your other post as well.
