How to target virtual FTP?

I created a new virtual ftp account. It created a folder with the name of my dedicated IP and within that it created a folder called incoming. I created a user name and a directory called "downloads/".

How do I target this folder? I try "ftp://(myIP)/downloads/" and "ftp://(mydomain)" and "ftp://(myIP)/incoming/" but I can't seem to get into the virtual ftp directory with the virtual ftp username.
