Any more news on the email servers?

The problem of timing out is still occurring. Here's an email I got from a client just a few minutes ago:

hen using outlook XP to send/receive on
several accounts:
some being "send only" and some being "send/receive"

OUTLOOK XP will "time out" trying to get to the servers. This is usally the case with the 2nd "real" email address.

I am using you exclusively for my email. I need this to work "religiously".

Oh, by the way, a friend of mine that put me onto you as an ISP, indicates that he also has "email" problems from time to time .

Psoft has been looking in to this. They plan to do an update on monday but not sure if this fix is in it or not.

This only happens in Outlook XP / 2002 so its a problem with that one program and our mail server. Bad thing its one of the most used..
