In order to resolve the issues, we have decided to go ahead and upgrade our CP to RH Enterprise 3.0 AS. We will be running it on one of our newest dual 2.4Ghz Xeon boxes with 320SCSI. The system will be setup in a manner designed for the best performance possible as its current configuration is not up to par. We should have the new machine ready to go later this evening and we'll switchover.

Does this explain why it is taking so long to do anything on control panel now?

It explains the fix for the slowness. Psoft keeps telling us its fine... I dont think they know how to click login.

I just wasn't sure... a little bit ago it was surprisingly fast.. needless to say its not now.

This is what I get now.

Well according to Psoft the OS upgrade will fix the slowness. We shall see. <crossing fingers>

Taking the new box downtown and then I'll have to move configs over and then we'll switch over IPs and bring it up... another couple of hours.... and another 12+ hour day for me :/

How many hours from now, Matt? Any ETA?

Taking down CP now.. then I will bring up the new box and we'll see how its doing.

OK.. CP is back up... A couple things are gonna be broken while we fix some stuff... namely anything that requires connecting to a Unix box till we get the new SSH key sent through

Yep, I've installed OUR CP SSL Certificate I've also finished resetting SSH keys and moving over the certs for merchant gateways.
