Custom change

Hi,

I have 4 hosting plans. For example: My costumer bought PlanA

PlanA has a 50mb space 5 email account.

3 costumer using plan A.

So. I have a question.
When I want to chance one costumer email adress and space How can I do? But I don't want to chance PlanA.
2 costumer has a 50mbspace 5 email address one customer has a 100mb space 10email address.

So, How can I chance my costumer space?

I created new plan and I activeted. My costemer plan is Plan A, I mcreate planB. But I couldn't chance Plan A to Plan B. Hoe can I chance? When I want to chance Account , control panel say " No compatible plans available. " But I enabled new plan. I didn't understand.

grouping plans

Summary:
To group plans:
1. Select Plan Groups in the Info menu:
2. You will be presented with a screen with unassigned plans on the left and groups of compatible plans on the right:
3. Check the plans you would like to put into one group and click Submit Query. The plans will be moved from the list of Available plans into the Plan groups list.
To ungroup plans in a group, click the DELETE button next to the group you want to delete.
To add a plan to the group, delete the group first and then create a new one, with the plan you wanted to add.
To regroup plans, you must ungroup them first, and then group them the way you want.

Make sure you group your current plan and the new plan.
Once you do this, log into the customers account and change their plan to your new one.
