If you go UTC then pretty much everyone has to do a time conversion including the people trying to schedule it. I'd rather stick with EST personally as it makes it easier for Vortech to schedule.
If your having problems working it out personally just go somewhere like http://www.timeanddate.com/ to calculate the differences.

It's still going, it does not give us a % of any kind, doing this is one of those things, of its done when its done.
