Don't count on the forums for support questions being answered. VT looks at them as time permits and if they consider a thread to be finished, they probably won't come back to it.

Tickets are the only official support mechanism - they all get read. With the forums... you take a chance that it won't get read.

If you have a problem always submit a ticket.

It's like forcing us, to charge even if one account just using for email only or somewhat like?

I've said it a few times before, but you may just want to charge your client's an extra .50 per month, it's not that big of a deal for most people.

I know this in an "old" thread, but it seams to be the most appropriate one...

We don't mind the 0,5 increase but what happened to the promissed CP upgrade?
It's been 6 months and we are still on 2.5.9

Stability upgrades are important (I hope this is what VT has been investing in) but CP upgrade is years overdue
