Is this resolved or still in progress?

As for the support, I can't personally find fault with the way this is being dealt with, I have a vague ballpark idea of the number of resellers Vortech has and I can totally believe the barrage of ticket's you must be getting if even just a small percentage are raising a ticket for these problems as they happen.
Dealing with each ticket in detail right now is probably just not a practical thing to be doing as it's time that could be better spent working on the issue, or reporting to everyone via the forum (even if the updates are an hour or two behind whats really happening it's still better than someone furiously trying to answer all tickets in precise detail).
Just my $0.02

Totally agree.
Please people, be patient and let techs finish the job instead.

I have also problems with some of my online forms (php)
but I think I should wait....

thanks

I had this issue earlier today.

Check to see that the PHP permissions did not get changed. The permissions for the php files should be 644 or 755 to work. Not sure if this was a customer error or something that happened during all the upgrading.

Admin, please have a deep look at the php issues.
Some of my forms are giving 500 internal error, and others simply dont send the data to the email and others simply dont load.

I am starting getting complains...!

I have a site on Unix19, I was working on for some one and is showing this page: http://unix4.hsphere.cc/ for three days now. I like to know should I submit a TT, or is one of those problems you are working on??

You should definitely submit a ticket, we'll take care of it that way.

Hey guys, we're still working on the forms issues(PHP and ASP, yes, this includes MAIL FORMS) We're taking the NT permissions issues as they come. HTTP is failing periodically on unix servers due to some vhost config issues, and we're working on those as they come up. Clayton and I apologize for not getting to every ticket in a timely manner, but we're working as fast as we can on these issues. Thanks for your patience, and your understanding.

Today is one of the most ugly day of my life.

It is about one of my php forms in a real estate business I run in Europe.
Business has been doing fine, but not that fine as I've expected.

Today david of vortech has told me to have a look at my dead.letter file in the root of the site, and guess what?

I HAVE BEEN LOOSING VERY IMPORTANT BUSINESS MESSAGES since very long time ago (earlier 2006) - Today contact those persons and enterprises to make those real estate operations have no sense.

What now? - Kill myself?

Oh MY God! - I think I am becoming crazy.

Who is responsible for this business loss?

Any chance of an ETA on forms working?

Is there any chance that we can get some type of ETA on the forms on websites working again?

This has been going on for a week now and I have clients complaining that their forms do not work. They are spending thousands of dollars on advertising to generate leads and their forms to capture the users information do not work. Clients orders from their e-commerce websites are not getting to them because of this. People are loosing money and this is a pretty serious issue. Receiving a pre-packaged "Due to the Hsphere upgrade we have a higher than normal volume of tickets..." does not help or give any information as to what the status is. Please provide some guidance Vortech. Preferably something other than a canned response would be great.
