Just because you are paying for a service it in no way gives you the right to come on here and rag on the techs and expect them not to reply. Until I can see a ticket # for these "closed" tickets, I have no waying know if the techs actually closed the ticket or they responded and closed it to keep the queque cleaned out and when you checked the status of the ticket you saw it said CLOSED & assumed that they were ignoring you. If the techs told you they would address your issue that means it is on the list of things to be fixed. Continually sending tickets regarding the same issue after the techs are aware of it only takes time away from issues they need to be addressing. Also, coming here and being condescending about their performance over the past 72 hours is in no way going to endear you or make them work on your tickets any quicker. Treat them how you want them to treat you and they will respond to you much better.

Lastly, this is the server status thread, so PLEASE keep on topic. This is not the place to air your negativities about the upgrade and how it is being handled. Any further posts that are not in regards to the server status WILL be deleted.

Could you please check your unix servers cause http seems to be down on some of them.

I know you all are doing your best to go through the upgrade as smoothly as possible and I respect that.

Talking upgrades

I want to thank Vortech for the upgrade IMHO I felt for the volume of work done it went off pretty good. There will be issues, but nothing that is earth shattering and if someone has that major of an issue they did not plan accordingly. Great job and THANK you for upgrading......

If you have submitted a ticket the techs will address your issue in the order it was received.

Also, for those of you who are putting in tickets to tell the techs to look at your other tickets, this is a WASTE OF TIME. Your issues will not be addressed any quicker and by doing this you are actually slowing the techs down.

Please let me know how we can take this offline. I don't knw how long I have been with Vortech, but I was extremely happy until just a few months ago, and I'd really like to explain my position and get a response because right now I'm in a very difficult position. I feel like I've been treated unfairly and with no place to turn for remedy, I went to the forums, and was villified here for having problems and voicing those issues.

So, if you are willing to hear my side and view the ticket, I would be extremely appreciative. To be honest, I wish Brad had weighed in on these problems. I think I spelled out my issues in all of my previous posts, but if more scrutiny and more information is needed, I'd like to participate in a further discussion. Please let me know how we can take this offline and thank you for your time.

Yes I have opened a ticket support, but I think they are not getting notified, since THE MAIL SERVER SEAMS TO BE DOWN ... ALSO.

Brad and Clayton have been working on the email issue and I believe they have fixed it or at least partially right now.
