Hello Vortech Customers!
My name is Jef, I'm one of the new onsite techs Brad mentioned in his "Good News" thread. I'm here to help you guys out, so if you have any questions/problems, just let me know and I'll do everything in my power to see that they get addressed. I like to take a proactive approach to support, so you'll see me around the boards as frequently as possible. Brad and crew have done a great job setting things up for you guys, and I'm proud to be part of the Vortech team.
