What process do we need to follow to get our customers a small refund or something since some are asking about the 99% uptime? MAybe this will calm them down. Hope it's not as complicated as some rebate forms where they hope you just won't fill them out and go away.

If you have sites on unix14 you just need to submit the form at matrixreseller.com/sla for a credit.

They are still waiting on it. I am headed to the DC now to see whats taking SO long, it should be going faster then it is.

Our user name starts with "A" and domain name starts with "A" ... but site is still down.

Is there an easy way to tell which sites are on which servers other than going into each site that isn't working?

I've got an "unofficial" update since I'm not at the datacenter & I don't want to interrupt the guys working. It looks to me that we're up to "m" in the restoration. I'll post anything else I find out from the DC as I have it.

Hmm, 'M' is about midway through the alphabet, 4 hours ago, we had "more than half of the domains back on the server". Are we moving back in time?

I don't think you can make a good guess of time by using the letters in the alphabet that it's on since you would have no idea how much content is under each letter. The amount of files on the server is not equally distributed among the letters in the alphabet. 'B' may have 6 times the content of 'O'.

Sites may not be displaying since the content transfer is taking a toll on the server's load. I also don't believe all of the IPs have been added back yet either. Everything will be fully functional once the restore is complete.
