Sites seem to load very slow.
It takes a lot of time to connect, download, ftp, pop3..etc

Was this before or after I posted, it should be fast now, we have 1000MPS and only using 132Mps so it should not be slow at all.

If hulahost.com is one of your sites, then there aren't network issues as far as connectivity from N. Texas... didn't see anything over 47ms from here. Site pulls up nice & fast as well.

When we tried the sites today morning...its DEAD SLOW

Perhaps some packet loss? I'm seeing inconsistent pings from N.Texas as well:

If you think I would sit in the data center on a regular basis you are crazy. LoL I almost froze last night while I was there. I am actually sitting in our office (which is almost like a meat locker too) about 10 mins from the data center.

Yeah, but you see the numbness just helps you to think better. The real problem is when the shivering gets in the way of seeing the k/v/m monitor and you can't hold your hands straight to press the keystroke-combo for system J3. 8-)

sivvaa, I would recommend sending a complete trace route in via the ticket system as currently we are not seeing any slowness on our end.

sivvaa that odd since you are the same server, forum.vortechhosting.com is on the same server you are posting on, not sure how you can't ping it.

is this router issue affectinf the performace of this ip : 216.157.129.209 and thereby the sites hosted there ?

Part of the problem appears to be you are using an out dated IP for one of your name servers http://dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport...n=hulahost.com

You can search the forum for the announcement regarding the removal of these old IPs

I decided to browse the Indian national ISP's website just to verify good connectivity from the states ...things seemed snappy enough AND I came across this gem:

All the sites hosted were working fine till yesterday...
this slow issue is coming up only today.

Also if this is an ISP problem, other sites won't work fast. but they r working ok...

hence please check and sort this..
