Starting configuration of new master drive. Loose piece was some unmarked component (diode?) from the drive's board.

Matt's still wrestling with the machine's configuration. Service is intermittent for both mail and web, and individual sites may keep going up and down for a while.

Most of the functunality has been restored (web email) There may still be some issues with FTP, and your password may need to be reset.

If you are having difficulty logging into the cpanel or notice anything else at this point, please let us know immediately.
