@mail timing out

Some of my clients are compaining that @mail is timing out on login using a cable connection on IE6.

Whats the problem? What should i tell my clients?

I don't know that it is an "issue" as a change in your configuration. I also have heard from clients that since the change @mail times out pretty quickly, where before the change they could leave it up indefinitely in a browswer window while they worked in another application or browser window.

I checked it myself, on an email account that is on the "mail.hsphere" server. Looks like something changed, even if it does not look like a problem to y'all.

Can you reset it so that our clients can use it as they did before?

Uhm, there is nothing to reset. The timeout is 30 minutes as it always has been.

I'm trying to replicate the problem, but I cannot

try changing the refresh rate to 10 minutes or so to see if that changes the timeout issue.
