System won't accept Password - New FTP user

I'm trying to add a new user to virtual FTP and system will not accept any new password combination I enter.
Have tried to add new FTP Sub Account too, but won't accept new password.

The password needs to be 5 or 6 characters long (can't remember) and needs to have a capital letter along with a number. An example of a password that would work but not good to use would be: Change01 or Passw0rd.

The passwords in H-sphere actually are required to have 5 characters - 1 capital, 1 lower case, and 1 number.
