Materials for clients

Im looking for some basic information on the servers and network setup that I can pass on to existing and potential clients. I found something along these lines some time back but I didnt bookmark it and can't find it now Im trying to work up some brochures to give out at upcoming events and through mail with local businesses but I want to get the latest info on the network before printing again. Anyone know where I can find something that might help me?

I dont know what most of this stuff is as I am new to this end of everything, but is there any information regarding the speed of the connections? I had a client ask me about that today. He was concerned about a graphic intense site taking too long to download on good internet connections due to server issues. I did explain that design and image compression where necessary would greatly reduce any problems but I would love to be able to tell him about the specific speeds that are currently available. Also, should more speed be necessary, can we purchase this, and what would it cost? I hope I explained that the way I meant it!
