now that the major issues that have plauged vortech recently seem on thier way to becoming a distant memory - great work btw - is there a chance that you guys could turn your attention to the speed and reliability of the control panels?
at the time of this post, they're completely unresponsive. and have been for quite some time. i've got work to do your thoughts? |

I hate repeating myself, but I will anyway
![]() Please, please, please evaluate the ongoing inconsistencies that plague the control panels server(s). They have been absolutely horrendous as of late! They're down all the time, slower than slow when they do work and continue to frustrate beyond imagination. As I submit this post I have been unable to log in for nearly 10 minutes... Any improvement would be huge! |

At the time of THIS posting, I can't even log into my control panels. I keep getting "Internal Error, try again" and that's after waiting 5 minutes for it load!

to me, it's the most frustrating issue to date. but mail9 and nt23 users will disagree

Tell me about it oglee, I understand completely, especially with email, the cp is back up now though, and seems to be running up to speed (it's normal speed)

Can we do something about the speed please? It is impossible to work with the cp if it takes forever to respond.

I'll add my signature to this list. CP is extremely frustrating, both reseller and client - the latter being a very serious problem if you're a reseller of course.
Come on.. how many years has VT been in business and CP issues are still common. Is it an issue with PSoft's software or the VT servers/network?

to the list. You are limited to selling "managed hosting" at this point. It would be unreasonable to expect anyone to be willing to pay for hosting and use this no-control-whatsoever panel. Unless of course you slowly foisted this upon an installed userbase. Hey anyone else notice the water's getting kinda warm? Ribbitt!

If something could be done to speed up the control panel, it would be really useful. I find that as I get older, I click on one of the options in the control panel, and then forget what my objective was when the next page comes up 3 to 5 minutes later. Sometimes I even forget that I had clicked, as I am working in different windows and forget to come back to browser windows with the control panel open.
