Mail12 error

Is any one is using mail12.hsphere.cc

Do you have problem in mail12. If no, then people did not notice. Please chk for reverse dns. there is a problem with mail12. Its now down more than 24 hrs and they can not receive emails properly.

If some trying to send email to mai12.hsphere.cc thro' mail servers like Mdaemon. It won't go.

Any suggestion??.

I have customers on mail12 and they are sending and receiving mails without problem. Maybe you should enter a ticket.

Mail7 has had these same issues on and off for almost a week now, Ticket closed stating that RDNS was fixed, but every day at some time during the day this issue pops back up.

How can you tell what server your on? I'm not receiving emails sent from a script on NT41.

Just check your DNS records, or telnet to mail.yourdomainname port 2525 .. mailserver name should be in the 220 greeting line.

Mail7 was hosed yesterday. I sent about half a dozen emails to my own employees (My own company is on mail7 . . NONE of them made it) - i'm having to resend all of them)

I've had on/off issues with mail7 for weeks as well.

We've had isues with many VT Mail servers for MONTHS now.

Mail9 having issues today and from the look of Nagios, so are others. We've been seeing intermittent issues for several weeks, but it hasn't gotten to this point in a while.
NO sending or receiving right now on Mail9 at all. Even had e-mail bounced from System Administrator sent to e-mail on Mail9 and it had no headers. Just said the recipient was "unavailable".

Same here....Getting a lot of complaints about mail9......

Problems on mail 9 and other servers. What is going on? What can I say to my customers?

Finally seems to be on the mend, but still having intermittent issues. Was told someone sent mass e-mail out - 10000 recipients. If I find out this is one of my clients they are getting terminated!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate spammers!!!!

Came into office and Mail7 is dead as of right now (12/19/07 - 8:49am PST) Nagios reports:

SNMP Load - WARNING 12-19-2007 11:53:54 0d 0h 7m 18s 4/4 load WARNING - *1841* *1606* *1527*

Unfortunately, my service domain and most of my other email accounts are on mail7. And coincidentally, the last email received (Valid or Junk) was 4:20pm PST yesterday which is impossible .... i've got 2 open tickets on Mail7 over last 4 days.

I have had a ticket open concerning mail7 for just over 2 weeks now. Elevated to Level 3 and there it sits with NO action at all.
