Fraud Warning - Phishing Site - auction-trader.com

I got recently got hit by a fraudulent account and thought I'd share with everyone here in case this guy comes looking for hosting with any of you.
He created a spoof of an already spoofed site. auction-trader.com is a scam and is listed in a number of sources.
The customer was from Bosnia / Herzegovina, at least the credit card information indicated as such.
He initially opened a Unix account with third-level hosting. A few weeks later he added a domain name. A few weeks later he switched to a dedicated IP address. Whenever that happens, I take a look at the site. The site was an exact duplicate of auction-trader.com, which I later found out was also a scam. Within an hour, I suspended the account.
I am still waiting to see if the credit card was stolen (I'm guessing YES). My merchant company is investigating. Pending outcome of this, I will contact the FBI.
I won't duplicate all of the specific findings, but will be happy to expand via PM.

I only have control over the spoofed site that he uploaded via my reseller account. I was fortunate to have caught it within an hour and suspended his account. I did not delete it so that files and contact information (most likely bogus) would be preserved.

The original domain is no longer running a web site either.

What he appears to do, however, is to keep bouncing around from host company to host company.
