We are currently experiencing issues with H-Sphere that will not allow you to make changes to your accounts, the problem is with H-Sphere communicating to the actual resource servers, i.e. web, database, mail server et al. We are working to fix the problem but until that happens you will not be able to make changes to your account. If you try to make changes you will continue to see the error “Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified”. We’re sorry for the inconvenience but we will have it fixed as soon as we can.

Yeah, thanks for the info Brangwyn. I tried checking the database issue concerning my client, and it's ok now.
