CURL and PHP

Any way we could get CURL on the servers?
I am trying to run a script that requires CURL and for it to be referenced in the PHP.ini like:
Set in your php.ini allow_call_time_pass_reference to On.

I did a phpinfo() and it does not list CURL as being in the config. Thanks

Yea i got it, I can not run what I would like in the fashion it is made without re-writing the script and it is not worth that much, too many CGI or other PHP options out there to mess with the hassle.
