ASP.NET 2.0 on 2003
We now have ASP.NET 2.0 on all of our 2003 servers. Just email support with the domain you need to be switched to 2.0 and we can either enable it where is sits (Server 2003) or transfer it to a server that does support it (Server 2000). Please remember that we can only transfer accounts, not individual domains. If we need to transfer a domain to a 2003 server to enable 2.0 all domains in the account will be transferred.

I'm confused. Jesse just told me by email that anything bellow NT52 doesn't have 2.0. But Nt45 -Nt49 also run 2003. And David enabled 2.0 on NT11 for an account i had yesterday....

Jesse was incorrect on that one. The older servers that get replaced with newer ones have Windows Server 2003 on them, so there are quite a few servers below NT52 that are running Windows Server 2003.

That indicates then the hardware list is out of date, could someone please update that or just provide us with a list of W2K3 Servers?

Wow!! I just looked at that list and I'm going to have to find out who's in charge of that page... it's out of date! Here's my list, which I promise is more up-to-date:
- NT4, 5, 11, 16, 29, 40, 44+ are Win2003 Servers. - CF2, 3, 4 are Win2003 Servers. - The other Windows servers are running Windows 2000.

I was asked to build a site for one of your customers and saw that you supported the 2.0 Framework and built the site for it after discussing it's benefits with the customer. Then came the problems...
According to your message we send an email and our domain gets updated to the .Net 2.0 Framework. I sent the email only to be told that a ticket needed to be submitted the email is not sufficient. Not what I expected but fine. Then after a few days of getting no response I call and get told that I submitted a ticket to the wrong system I need to use this one. The one with the rest of the hosting controls doesn't work and there is nothing there to notify anyone of this fact. This really should be fixed. So I submit a ticket on this one only to have the ticket closed because I didn't specify domains although the message specifically says individual domains will not be transferred only whole accounts. I submit the names but that gets closed because I didn't include the ".com" although you have my account info. This is like a bad support joke you read about in a email and think nah - that doesn't really happen. And to top it all off - all this to get a technology that is 3 years old added to a website! I understand (and agree) with your company not focusing in on bleeding edge technologies but there is no way it should be this difficult. I don't mean to come across like an angry rant - it's not life or death and e-commerce is not the lifeblood of the company. It's just frustrating and I hope that your consider what can be done to improve your "support" system. I think you're prices are very competitive but without the support to back it up I'd never recommend your site. With good support and great pricing it'd be a no brainer. Rather than come into the forums and discuss this I would suggest emailing us back. I don't understand what you're talking about, also are you the reseller?
