Breakage log (upgrade snafus):
unix.hsphere.cc: Downtime approx. 3 hours for web sites on dedicated IP addresses.
unix5.hsphere.cc: Downtime approx ten minutes for web and ftp services.
unix10.hsphere.cc: Downtime approx. 30+30 minutes for all services.
webmail.hsphere.cc: Downtime 25 minutes.
mail.hsphere.cc: Downtime 35 minutes

Trips to datacentre: 5 (Alex 3, Johnny 1, Alan 1)

All other upgrades so far went off without a hitch (well, none that impacted service) and downtime was kept to a maximum of three minutes per server.
