Deathly slow

Man, I've got a slow pipe this morning.

Is anyone else having problems with connecting to ALL vortech-hosted sites this morning?

I'm on the West Coast, Berkeley, on a fast Comcast connection.

All other sites outside (bofa, google, etc) are doing fine from what I can see - so is it just something internal to the VT nework (an attack?) or some weird routing issue? It's so slow that it took 10 seconds to load up this HTML message box! Ugh...

Seems usual for me from this part of the world. BUT I am now browsing on a slow link (128 KBPS ISDN) but see no much different.

all my sites loads satisfactorily!

I have checked from out side the network on Roadrunner and it seems ok to me here.

Yes it is running slow, thought it was just my server again but no its everything. Im on Wide Open West coming out of detroit.

Well, I am working from dial up this week (AAAHHHHH) and I noted how fast everything at Vortech was working. Even H-Sphere is very responsive and that is usually a test of patience to say the least.

50kps and a crossword puzzle seems to work fine.

It will be worth it... new travel agency office with fractional T1 and new Cisco VOIP phones. I can't wait.

ok, I am about to retire for today. Its almost midnight here. Site are seems to be fast through my 128Kbps ISDN.
By the way, the no of hops (using traceroot) from me to VT is reduced to 20 today. Last time it was 25 :-)

Access to vortech hosted sites is very slow right now for me. First time I've seen this. Much slower than dial-up. Other sites (such as google) load quickly. It's taking 10-20+ seconds to load a page which normally takes <1s. Weird.

Can someone do a trace route so we can see if we can't find where this slow spot might be or what provider because we don't see anything on our side.

its just slow, not broken, so yes I would be happy(er) if its just something between me and the site... and its not affecting everyone.
