The cp server has gone down. I'm going to the data center to see what is happening. Will post updates as I have them.

Ok, it's backup. Still investigating the cause. If you experience any problems with the control panel, please submit a trouble ticket.

Got in and finished. Worked fine this time. We having ghosts from the upgrade?

Yep seems it is. Try submitting a ticket.
