WHM and CPanel Questions

Couple of quick questions.

I have two hsphere accounts with you and a cpanel with someone else

They're indicating to me that I should get another account because I have over 100 accounts and it starts to cause WHM some issues. Have you ever heard of such a thing?

Is it possible with the existing WHM key to move accounts over to a new account with you behind the scenes? I've heard or read that somewhere but I can't really say it's true for a fact.

On the cpanel servers is curl compiled into SSL. I know it's not in hsphere, just wondering about on the cpanel servers.
