Increase Diskspace Quota

Hi,

How do I go about increasing just 1 user's diskspace quota and not change it on the plan ?

How long does it take for the increase to be seen by user ?

I had tried changing the diskspace quota at the resources setting at the plan and the user still cannot see the increase in quota in his CP bar indicator.

When they submit the request for diskspace quota increase, do they get the requested diskspace immediately ?

Log on to the users control panel from your reseller one, then click the icon next to their diskspace graph and change it to whatever you want. It takes effect immediately. Thats the only way to change things I'm afraid, good ole H-Sphere isn't flexible enough to add additional services on a per "user" basis only on a per plan basis. So if you've put a charge in for diskspace, when you increase this users diskspace the control panel will also try and bill them for it.

oh .. if they submit for diskspace increase, i do not need to do anything right ?

You will need to increase their quota as Brangwyn stated, but, Hsphere will bill them for the increase.
