Did someone trip over the extension cord or what??

This isnt entirely true. I was working on NT37 without any downtime.

Then something really wrong has happened. We were in our reseller control panel earlier this morning to check webstats- we made no changes to our account. A couple of hours later, our SaferHost.com web site is down and so is the control panel. I sent a trouble ticket about an hour ago.
