Need some advise
I read about the excellent services you guys provide and thus thinking of jumping ship. But I am used to cpanel and you have stop supporting it, hence thinking of trying out hsphere FreeBSD hosting.
How is the usability of hsphere, takes longer time to learn as compared to cpanel? Which clusters will I be in or how do I know which clusters I be in. Where can I have some info about your php version/ settings, link to phpinfo? Would like to do some ping test on the servers, which IP can I use. Last edited by iceman : 08-02-2005 at 06:28 AM. |

ok well your best bet for looking at the hsphere usability would be to have a look at the psoft demos. which can be found here http://cp.hsphere.cc:8080/psoft/serv...o123/623172_0/
Login: demo123 Pass: demo123 I havent used cpanel much but after getting over the initial setup of the admin panel it hasnt been too bad to use. I've used a few others and it definalty up there with the rest. There is really only one cluster, with all the servers in it. Hsphere automatically allocates you/your new client to a server, based on your choice of windows or linux servers. http://nt1.hsphere.cc/phpinfo.php (windows server) http://unix1.hsphere.cc/phpinfo.php (linux server) as for ping tests just change the following links above ie. http://nt2.hsphere.cc http://nt3.hsphere.cc ... right up to nt38 i think we're up to. the server list is here anyway http://www.vortechhosting.com/servers/index.php |
