Mail Server Down

According to the status page (http://status.vortechhosting.com:8080/), the mail servers are down.

Since the support ticket system now requires one to send an EMail message to report a problem, how does one submit a trouble ticket to report such an issue with the mail servers?

Thanks!

OK... but maybe I'm missing something here...

Even though Vortechhosting is on another IP, my <<outgoing>> mail service is down... how can I submit a ticket via EMail if I cannot access the server (in order to send it)? I am unable to access the server via my EMail client -or- the atmail system via my service account control panel.

Is there a web-based form somewhere that I have missed that will insert a ticket, independent of the mail servers?

Thanks!

PS: This may be an intermittant problem... I just retrieved 42 messages from the server via my EMail client (Agent), but the status monitor is still reporting the servers down.

Yes, it does! I just tend to ignore it due to all the downtime and other problems. I'm on Roadrunner (cable modem) service, but the local cable company is lousy, the mail server is unreliable, and their customer service is even worse!

I'm feeling kinda foolish actually... I've gotten so dependent on using the Matrix servers, and used to ignoring the RoadRunner server, that it never even occurred to me to use the RoadRunner mail system to submit a ticket!

For that matter, I don't even have an EMail client configured for the RoadRunner mail server. I guess I ought to change that!!!

Thanks for the dose of common sense! Have a great day!

Don't forget that you can submit a TT in web browser thru cp in hsphere...not sure about cpanel. Use the main reseller account tho.

In fact I think its easier to do it via the control panel, you don't have to include all your reseller information then etc as H-Sphere automatically puts it on the trouble ticket.
