Cool New Site Just Launched Quikfiles.net

Hi All,
I wanted to post a new site to help everyone sending large files to one another. It's called QuikFiles.net and located at www.quikfiles.net. You know how email servers and ISP's are clamping down on attachments sizes and how are customers are challenged on how to work an FTP site? Well this was developed for that reason. I realize there are a couple of competitiors out there but this will always be free to the end user and hoping to gather revenues from adspaces.
So check it out and try it out? Spread the word? To the administrators of Vortech, I hope this post is OK? I hope it's in the right place. I hope this takes the loads off of some of your email servers.
All the best!

OnSiteTech;
Great idea. I have been trying to get friends and the office to stop sending large files by email attachment and these would fit the bill perfectly.

One suggestion on esthetics; the text with drop shadow is difficult to read, I cleaned my glasses before realizing the bluriness was intentional. A clean look without the drop shadow would be more appealing, as would a smaller font size for most of the text.

Good luck with your site, and ads sales

Thanks for the feedback. Tell your friends and clients. As for the esthetics I know what you mean. We needed to get some king of graphics on it to launch it. A more refined look is on the way. We want to build this into a web 2.0 app " hopefully ". Hits are growing already. Also we're launching a new social network with stock certificates given away to people who join! How cool will this be???

There was a thread set up for VT customers to tell other customers about products/services being offered.

Thought it was stickied but can't find it now.
