Can someone please look at my account asap.
It has been disabled after working for 4 years without a drama. I have done all i can think of in regards to sending credit card information etc etc. The only option I had was to start moving sites to an alternative host as support has told me that you are basically closed all of our day ASIAPAC region. I can not believe that you don't have an automatic processing facility - even for existing clients/customers!!! And; basically support can not assist in any account issues, only technical - yet your billing department is only open during our night. Pretty Frustrating. Please address my issues asap and if required please call me on my number on file. I need to have any remaining customers I have satisfied. |

Unfortunately Billing related issues are not dealt with on the forums normally so you will have to wait till sales get in the office which I'm guessing will be about 5-6 hours from now, you'll probably not receive any contact before that time. If you've just updated or changed your credit card details online did you send through the required scans of photo-id and the card etc? If not, then get them sent in now to save time later once billing get in.

Thanks for your reply. If you do not work for Vortech, you should. There would be someone contactable - although I "did" manage to finally get onto "Clayton".
Still sitting here calling them every few minutes and being put through to message bank. No response on the live support. No response to tickets. I guess you only get a taste of the support levels when something goes wrong (everything had been humming for 4 years with my CC debted monthly) - I have done what you suggested, just hoping that I can get a resolution sometime shortly... Knock Knock Knock... That'll learn me for having my email contact hosted by them as well. OUCH! |

For those international customers still wondering...
Yup! Still no answer. Still no reply. Still waiting... 3am here... Middle of the day there ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 4 years of being a loyal customer! Ok - mixup with contact email... But really 24 hours to get onto someone???? |

Ive always had pretty good replys to tickets from the billing dept (which remember is quite seperate from the support dept) As long as you contact them within their open hours

There is absolutely nothing the support department can do for you when your account is suspended for billing reasons. There are no exceptions. The billing department is open 10 AM to 6 PM EST.
