Webalizer AND awstats not working

The stats for all my Unix sites have stopped working having worked OK for literally years. I now get... "This is the default page.
Tomorrow instead of this page you will see your website statistic generated by Webalizer. " and the June monthly page has zeros for all days after 12th June. I enabled awstats and that also shows zeros for all days after 12th.

I have disabled/re-enabled webalizer lots of times over the last few days and it hasn't fixed it.

I have also rasied ticket (It's still open but unanswered) but all they did was create the stats manually for one day - the underlying problem is still there.

Looking at the logs, it appears that there's no zipped logs from when this went wrong up until today. However, today's (uncompressed) log is there.

Any thoughts?

Unfortunately there's not much you can do about this, you'll have to just keep trying to get updates on your ticket, if you get someone in a good mood they may set up a cron job just to do your stats for you whilst the real problem gets sorted out.

Usually its just a problem with the Transfer Log config. Try toggling Transfer Logs off and on in Web Options and wait 24 hours for it to update. If that doesn't work, submit a ticket. We don't have any unresolved Unix stats issues at this time.
