Any one knows of a way to check cell phone numbers FOR FREE

Those are not widely available. Heck often public numbers don't come up no matter who you use. Do you mean reverse look up? Or using the phone? I am assuming reverse lookup.

Yes mresell reverse look up, I had some one sing up to day and I'm kind off uncertain about the info he provided, he paid me, but still is nice to know who you are deleing with.

Type the number into google to see what you get

forget about cell phone data, espicially if its a prepaid phone. You can buy a prepaid phone, and give ANY name and info you want. NO checks, no verifications.

you can try this which will narrow you down to the carrier and general geographical area, but with the advent of number portability, this will soon become obsolete.

Thanks Light Speed I did search Google and I found it in the webHosting forums the problem is it was a post there that the person is a spammer NOW WHAT! I can’t tell him sorry I just changed my mine or can I.
Any ideas.

Personally, I would refund this client and tell him that you are not accepting known spammers.
If you can't do that, then be sure to monitor his activities and suspend him as soon as he does stg. not allowed in your general conditions (like send out 1000 e-mails / second).

It's hard... you have to look at both legal side of it and the revange side of it...

An idea from StarWars :
Sour his milk! ... does this make any sence?... make your hosting services for him so bad, that he will leave you.

Maybe stuff from Vortech can help you limit outgoing mail from his domain. To 1/minute. When he complains, just say that that is how things work for everyone.

Google is your friend.

Sounds like your new customer is not

Ask him to explain his known spammer status.
Make him force his hand. If he lies drop him. You have the right to refuse service to anybody. You are a business and you have to protect yourself and your other customers.
