Migration

Is there a way for migrate an account from one plan to another without deleting the account ??

I was looking for a solution but I don't find how..

Not sure what exactly you're asking.

To change "plans" for a user make sure common plans are grouped together using the option in the admin control panel and switch them by clicking the icon next to plan in their control panel.

To change from a windows to unix plan or vice versa you must delete and reenter the information - no other options.

To change from one reseller account to another, submit a ticket and they'll do it for $4.00 I believe plus the license fee.

Used to be $1 I thought, licensee fee only applies if your over your "free" allocation of HSphere licenses.
