this is not good... 8:30 this AM got my first call, now its 10 and still nothing came up for about 11 mins at 9:06 but then poof again...

The "issue" apparently hasnt been resolved at this point. We are not exactily certain what is causing it. It appears to be routing related.

I know you're there working to resolve this issue. But I have many customers calling our desk for answers. I have 3 cusotmers that want to pull out with me if not resolved soon. 2 of the 3 are high paying subscriptions. I need some answers please! I'm montoring this forum today to hear from you.

I got my first call a little after 8:00AM EST. Went into the forum and there was already a post about it. So if you're looking in logs for root cause, you'll need to look before 8:45.

WHY??? I don;t feel story is that simple as "From about 8:45 am till about 9:00 AM"

I logged in at 7:20 AM CST and all was down then. It isnow 9:49 AM here and everything started woring again about 10 minutes ago or less. So the outage here was at least 2 hours and 20 minutes.
